moveero has continued to evolve to meet the changing market needs.

With a history that dates back to the early 1900's, 1908 saw Joseph Sankeys develop and patent the first pressed and welded, detachable motor car wheel, known as the ‘All Steel Wheel’.

This was a significant engineering breakthrough, made possible by technological advances in the production of high-quality steel alloys and rolling systems.  In June 1910 the wheel went into production at the Hadley Castle Works in Telford, England — where moveero Ltd is based today.

The steel wheel was strong, mass-produced, economical and represented a leap forward for industry at the time. It may have been a simple spoked design, but it bore the hallmarks of a company growing through innovative products and delivering solutions to the marketplace in a cost-effective way.

Today, with extensive experience in off-highway markets, moveero has built a leading organization that develops innovative solutions for tomorrow’s challenges. Driven by a constant desire to provide engineering excellence, they design technologically advanced products that allow customers to be both efficient and environmentally sustainable, with our headquarters in the USA and manufacturing bases in the USA, UK and Denmark as well as world-class R&D centers in Iowa, USA and Brescia, Italy.
