PLANT DIRECTOR UK

Joining the business in 1993, Darren has extensive senior level experience across a number of roles including Key Account Manager, Engineering Program & Projects Manager, Operations Director, across the automotive and off highway industries. Since 2020, Darren has held the role Head of Operations & Engineering – moveero/ Autostructures, leading the site operations, after being the project lead for the investment program to install and commission the automated wheel manufacturing line.

Having worked across Europe and Asia, with a background in manufacturing and engineering, Darren is experienced in Lean, productivity improvement and instilling best practice and continuous improvement processes.

In September 2024 Darren was appointed Plant Director, UK and will focus ensuring continuity of the plant’s performance levels moving forward along with a consistent and high level of customer and employee satisfaction.
